Mad Dog Gamers Paradise is Southern California’s premier Mobile Video Game and Laser Tag Entertainment Center for social xBox and Wii gaming. At Mad Dog’s gamers will play on state of the art console’s and HD monitors while relaxing in our climate controlled party sled. Mad Dog’s will host new game releases and regularly scheduled tournaments with cool prizes.

Mad Dog Gamers Paradise is family owned, the founders and our employees are part of the community we operate in. Our founders as parents (and foster parents) wanted to create a fun, safe and energetic environment for video game and laser tag enthusiast to enjoy. Giving back to the community that supports our business is a unique and refreshing focus all employees have at Mad Dog’s.


Management Team

Jake, Chief Fun Officer

Jake is the original entrepreneur responsible for the Mad Dog Gamers Paradise concept. In his role of CFO (Chief Fun Officer) Jake is responsible for the overall gamer experience including game and platform selection. Jake brings more than 11 years of a focus on fun to Mad Dog Gamers Paradise and is uniquely qualified to share that fun with others. Previously Jake held various positions responsible for individual, family and friends fun.

Mike Spalter, Chief Operating Officer

Spalter brings more than 20 years of business, marketing and information technology experience to the position and will be responsible for the management of all of Mad Dog Gamers Paradise operations.
Currently Spalter is CIO at iXept.com a finacial services company focused on identifying credit and debit card fraud for financial institutions.
Previously, Spalter spent 6 years at Washington Mutual where he served as Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Services, he lead an organization of 650 employees and budgets exceeding 400 million dollars to deliver a high performance infrastructure that enabled Washington Mutual to achieve aggressive business goals. Responsibilities included data center operations, host systems, mid-range and client server systems, help desk services, voice and data communications, network and data security, systems integration, disaster recovery, print services and project management. During his tenure costs were reduced by 35%, industry leading reliability bench marks were achieved including the implementation of the first private Corporate MPLS network (Network World Network of the year 2003).
Spalter spent 10 years at Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., where he served as executive vice president of IT infrastructure. As EVP at the Fortune 500 company, Spalter oversaw an IT organization of more than 350 employees and managed budgets exceeding $100 million. While at Countrywide, he also served in executive positions responsible for enterprise network services, network computing, and data communications. Earlier in his career, Spalter held manager positions at Computerized Office Consultants in Woodland Hills, Calif. and S.E. Rykoff and Co. in Los Angeles. Spalter is a 1985 graduate of the University of California, Northridge where he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and is currently working on a master’s in information technology.
